We’re proud to have recently completed an office fitout for STS Group, Waterford, where our team manufactured and installed all the bespoke joinery elements. It was a pleasure working alongside Specialist Technical Services (STS Group), MDP + Partners, DFL – David Flynn Ltd., and thanks to DavidMurphyStudio for the fabulous photographs.
This week we would like to share some images of Dublin Skylon Hotel, where we manufactured and installed the bedroom furniture, which included Oak Headboards, Vanity Desks, Wardrobes and Lockers. It was a pleasure working alongside Dublin Skylon Hotel, Tailor & Wolf and S&A Construction.
We are delighted to have supplied and installed all the joinery elements in Monaco Toms, Dunmore Road, Waterford, formally the Uluru Bar. It was a pleasure working alongside our valued client, Frank Ennis & Associates Architects and all the other sub-contractors who were involved in this prestigious project.

SeventySeven We recently completed the full refurb and fitout of SeventySeven, formally known as SoHo Bar, Grande Parade, in Cork City, where we supplied and installed all the Joinery elements. New front and back bar, cocktail bar, curved seating, banquette seating, featured wall panelling throughout, DJ Booth, featured ceiling panelling, arched mirrors, doors/frames etc.

The Bank Bar, Dublin We are extremely proud to be part of this prestigious project in such an iconic building… The Bank Bar, College Green, Dublin – our Specialist Fitout and Joinery Division turned this project around in just 1 week, a tall order for the volume of joinery installed, from the refurb of the main bar, new stone counter tops, a completely new back bar with brass gantry, and solid timber wall panelling throughout, it truly looks amazing. Our Joinery Division received their latest delivery of new equipment yesterday with the arrival of the ‘Weinig Profimat 50’ machine, the intuitive operability of the Profimat 50 ensures short setup times, high user safety, pleasant operating comfort and consistently safe working.

This is one of three office fitout in South Mall, Cork that we completed last year. DFL Construction were involved in the demolition and refurbishment of a five storey office block above the existing ground floor. The 12 month defect period is now up to which they passed with flying colours. DFL Fitouts & Joinery were then responsible for the fitouts of 3 office units within the office block. Fit Out Awards 2020 Shortlist We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the “Excellence in Collaboration” category in the Fit Out Awards 2020. The project we entered into the awards was Sea Church, Ballycotton, County Cork. Rose Construction were the main contractors on the job meaning the Fit Out Awards were a joint submission.
