Fit Out Awards 2020 Shortlist

We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the “Excellence in Collaboration” category in the Fit Out Awards 2020. The project we entered into the awards was Sea Church, Ballycotton, County Cork. Rose Construction were the main contractors on the job meaning the Fit Out Awards were a joint submission.

On the previous site stood a derelict church and an old school building. Both of which had not been in use for over 30 years. The client wished to redevelop the church into a live music venue and the old school building into a café/restaurant. The result was a project that really stands out, both in the overall building, interior design and the beautiful craftsmanship achieved in the fitout. All of the top-class musicians who have played the venue have all commented on the how excellent the top of the range audio system is.
