DFL UK are currently fitting out 7 Herbrand Street, part of London’s Knowledge Quarter for flexible workspace provider LABS. In an announcement earlier this week it was confirmed that Thought Machine, the core banking technology company, has agreed to lease all 67,000 sq ft, at 7 Herbrand Street, WC1, which blends state-of-the-art workspace facilities, breakout, wellbeing and client zones as well as a café, bar and roof terrace.
